Return & Refund Policy

Paws-n-Personality

At Paws-n-Personality, each item is custom-made specifically for you. Because our products are personalized and made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to be completely satisfied with the quality of your order. If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing flaw, or there is an error with the customization that differs from the information provided with your order, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

Please email us at pawsnpersonalitybflo@gmail.com and include:

  • Your name and order number

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Clear photos showing the damage, flaw, or customization error

  • A photo of the entire item, when possible

Once we review the information and photos, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or another appropriate resolution at no cost to you.

Customer-Provided Information

Because our products are customized using the information submitted when the order is placed, customers are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, dates, photos, colors, sizes, and other personalization details before submitting their order.

We are unable to provide a free replacement or refund for errors contained in the information originally submitted by the customer.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our products, they cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other customer selection after the item has been produced.
