Welcome to Paws-n-Personality! By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms before placing an order.

Orders & Customization

Many Paws-n-Personality products are personalized and made specifically for each customer. You are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting your order, including names, spelling, photos, designs, colors, sizes, dates, and other custom selections.

Paws-n-Personality is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including orders containing inappropriate, unlawful, or potentially infringing content.

Custom Products & Final Sales

Because our products are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final once an order has entered production. We do not accept returns or exchanges because of a change of mind, incorrect customer selections, or errors in information submitted by the customer.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error caused during production, please email pawsnpersonalitybflo@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

Verified production errors, defects, or damage will be addressed at no additional cost to the customer.

Customer-Submitted Photos & Designs

By submitting photographs, artwork, text, logos, or other content for a personalized product, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use that content for the requested purpose.

You agree not to submit content that violates another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights.

Paws-n-Personality reserves the right to decline any customization request that we believe may violate applicable laws or the rights of another person or business.

Product Appearance

We make every effort to display our products and colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, printing process, materials, or production method.

Because many products are individually produced, minor variations may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, product availability, and product descriptions may change without notice.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be produced or shipped.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, or other website errors when discovered.

Shipping

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Paws-n-Personality is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Website Use

You may not use our website, products, photographs, designs, branding, or other content for unlawful purposes or in a manner that infringes upon the rights of Paws-n-Personality or others.

Content created and owned by Paws-n-Personality may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
