Thank you for shopping with Paws-n-Personality! Because many of our products are personalized and made especially for you, we ask that you allow time for your order to be created, prepared, and shipped.

Processing & Shipping Time

Our estimated processing, shipping, and handling time is approximately 5–10 business days from the date your order is placed.

Because our products are custom-made, processing times may vary depending on the item, order volume, and level of personalization.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Paws-n-Personality is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Paws-n-Personality is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at pawsnpersonalitybflo@gmail.com. We will do our best to correct the address if the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error caused during production, please email pawsnpersonalitybflo@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, correct the problem at no additional cost to you.
